    Coach Kelsey Zaske (Sargent)

    Lead Coach

Kelsey is the founder and lead trainer at True Tempo Volleyball Academy. She coaches all core volleyball skills and builds complete players through technical precision, efficient footwork, strong fundamentals, and clear volleyball IQ development.

Her passion for volleyball began with her very first memories, growing up around the game while her mom built a career as a volleyball coach throughout Kelsey’s childhood. Her background includes playing at Billings Senior High, competing at the collegiate level at Carroll College, and staying active through adult leagues. She has coached for over five years at Billings Senior High, along with nearly a decade of club coaching and private training across a wide range of ages and skill levels.

Kelsey is known for quickly identifying what an athlete needs, explaining concepts in a way that sticks, and running sessions that move with purpose. She tailors every training plan to the athlete’s position, goals, and current stage of development so each session builds meaningful, measurable progress.

She created True Tempo to offer a training environment that is structured, supportive, and centered on long term player and character development. Her goal is to help athletes move with intention, think the game clearly, and build complete, repeatable skills that translate to every level.

Outside of volleyball, Kelsey finds the most joy in being a wife to her husband, Justin, and an aunt to her twelve nieces and nephews. Her heart for relationships extends into the gym, where many athletes naturally see her as an auntie or big sister. She considers that trust one of the greatest honors of her coaching career.

    Coach Daisy

    Coach

Daisy has been playing and coaching volleyball for the past 10 years. She has played every position on the court, with a primary focus on middle. Volleyball is a sport she deeply loves and is highly passionate about. She believes in developing players from a young age while keeping the game fun and engaging, and she looks forward to working with athletes of all ages.

High school athletes who already understand the game and are looking to refine their skills can expect quick paced drills, high repetition, and a strong focus on elevating overall performance. Middle school athletes are at an ideal stage to break bad habits formed in earlier years and to become confident across all aspects of the game.

While Daisy is open to coaching any age group, she has a special place in her heart for littles and beginners. She has extensive experience coaching young children, including athletes as young as kindergarten age. She believes it is never too early to get a ball in your hands and start having fun. At this stage, nothing is too serious. Lessons are fun focused, while still being intentional about building fundamental skills, a love for the game, and a healthy competitive spirit.

No matter the age or skill level, Daisy is excited to get to know each athlete and share her love for the game.
