POLICIES

  • Private lessons, small groups, academies and all other programming must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations are charged in full. Late arrivals will end at the scheduled time.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking. All sales are final. Credits will be issued if True Tempo cancels a session, or the client cancels a session outside of the 24-hour policy. Refunds are not offered for missed or unused sessions. Packages, punch passes, and gift cards follow their listed expiration dates.

  • We expect a respectful, positive training environment. Bullying, harassment, and aggressive behavior are not tolerated. Parents are welcome to attend programs, but must allow coaches to lead training without interruption. Repeated violations may result in removal from a program.

  • A signed waiver is required before any athlete participates. Athletes must report injuries immediately. If an athlete appears ill or unsafe to train, coaches may remove them from the session. Emergency procedures will be followed as needed.

  • Coaches set the training plan based on age, progression, and individual needs. Direct messages between athletes, parents, and coaches must remain professional. Parents may contact the facility for questions or adjustments.

  • Athletes under 14 must be accompanied by a parent before and after sessions. True Tempo is not responsible for athletes left unattended before the coach arrives or after a session ends.

  • Athletes must have court shoes, athletic clothing, and water. True Tempo is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Training footage may be used for social media or marketing unless you opt out in writing.

  • Outside coaching is not allowed without approval. Rentals must follow facility rules.

  • If weather requires cancellation, True Tempo will notify families by text and email. Credits or rescheduling will be offered.
